Building our beautiful off-grid shepherd’s hut in this stunning location has been a dream of ours from a long time, and it is the ideal spot for guests to while away the hours during their stay just day-dreaming – either outside on the hillside, down by the river, in the nearby woods, or snuggled in front of the cosy wood-burning stove.
